Connect to other sites using Airport Alert Professional

Send documents over a Microsoft NetMeeting conference: Use NetMeeting to call one or more remote computers, select the documents you wish to send and Airport Alert will send them to all conference participants. Airport Alert automatically makes sure that the documents go in the correct folder at the remote computers. If the remotes do not have the same folder open or in existence, it will be opened or created as necessary.

Interactive Whiteboard: If an image is shared by more than one computer on a network or across a conference, all annotation changes are visible to all users. If you are in a conference, zooming and panning changes are also shared.

Send using your email system: Send an image as an encrypted email attachment that can only be read by Second Opinion at the remote end.

Video conferencing integration: Run your videoconferencing application alongside Airport Alert Professional and send and receive information to all conference participants. It supports videoconferencing systems that are compatible with Microsoft NetMeeting.
