Use NetMeeting to call one or more remote computers, select the documents you wish to send and Second Opinion will send them to all conference participants. Second Opinion automatically makes sure that the documents go in the correct folder at the remote computers. If the remotes do not have the same folder open or in existence, it will be opened or created as necessary. Note: This feature is not available in Windows 7.

All folders and documents emailed or sent through a NetMeeting conference are tracked in a Send Log. This information can be printed and exported as an XML document.

All folders and documents received through email, a NetMeeting conference or imported from Second Opinion Data (SOD) files, are logged in a Receive Log. This information can be printed and exported as an XML document.

If an image is shared by more than one computer on a network or across a conference, all annotation changes are visible to all users. If you are in a conference, zooming and panning changes are also shared.

Send an image as an encrypted email attachment that can only be read by Second Opinion at the remote end.
