Custom Form Designer Add-in

The Custom Form Designer program allows users to create their own custom forms by simply
placing fields on to a
page. Once finished with the design process, all you have to do is to decide the subject and type of form,
save it, register the form in Second Opinion Professional and the industry standard xBase databases, and screen definitions are automatically created. These are not word processing or email forms; they are true database entry applications. Data that is collected can be reported on with just about any report
writer program on the market including the Custom Report Writer program
included with Second Opinion Professional.
When a Custom Form is transmitted to another site, the form definition travels with the data. That means the person receiving the data does not have to have the form ahead of time. It will be automatically added to their system.
The Form Properties can be set to read-write or read-only, and free or restricted distribution. Groups can create custom forms to be fully shared, and be assured that the design of the form does not get altered.
