INFO: Scanned images don’t look goodDocument ID: Q101002 This article applies to the following: SummaryImages scanned from a desktop scanner, slide scanner, digital still camera, or other device show poor color quality. DiscussionWhen you click on the Scan command, Second Opinion runs the program that you received with your scanner and waits for it to return a picture. To obtain the best quality image, you should adjust the size, trim, and color of the image while you are still operating in the scanner’s own program, before transferring it into Second Opinion. Consult your scanner’s documentation for instructions on how to make these adjustments. |
