PRB: The modem does not answer an incoming call

Summary
When a call arrives, second
opinion does not answer it.
Discussion

Make sure that either a
user is logged in and Auto Answer is on, or Second Opinion is
running in Unattended Mode. Second Opinion ships with Auto
Answer initially set at OFF. The status bar will show ANS: ON when
Auto Answer is enabled

Make sure the number
the remote is dialing is correct (see "The phone does not ring at
the remote site," above).

If the modem is
external, turn it off, exit Second Opinion, turn the modem back on,
then re-start Second Opinion. The order of these steps is important.

If the modem is
internal, quit all applications, exit Windows, turn off your computer,
wait for the hard drive to stop. Then turn the computer back on, and
re-start Second Opinion.
